Article VI  Food Service

Section 4. To ensure proper staffing and satisfactory service, reservations are requested at all times. Requests for table locations will be accepted subject to the order in which they are recieved and the limitation of space. If reservation cancellations are necessary, they should be made as early as possible. Unless reservations for dinner dances and other member functions are cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, members’ accounts will be charged.

Due to the scope and nature of our Club Events, it is necessary to make reservations. Reservations are used for a variety of reasons ranging from staffing to assigned seating. We do our best to maximize seating for our events, and that is why assigned seating sometimes becomes necessary. Not all events will have assigned seating, but if noted on the flyer, please have one member from your group make the reservation for that group with all of the members’ names for that group.

We will do our best to accommodate all requests.
