Contract for more details. Junior golf fees are based on the age of the oldest member on the

(2) The monthly capital assessment has been approved for ten years, ending 12/31/15. Members interested in paying a discounted one-time fee may contact the business office for current rates.
Additional Financial Considerations:
1. The current cost of an equity certificate is $12,000, of which new equity members may elect to pay $3,000 with their application and the balance either monthly, quarterly, or annually over three years. See the Contract for Equity Certificate Purchase for more details.
2. Additional golf, junior golf, and business member costs:
- Food and beverage minimum of $75.00 / month (golf and junior golf)
- Food and beverage minimum of $200.00 / month (business)
- Annual driving range fee of $150.00 / year
- Annual trail fee of $680.00 / year for those members that own and use their own golf carts on the course
- Optional costs include:
- Annual handicap fees for all golfers on the membership (required for club events)
- Bag Storage and Locker Room Fees
- Annual Fees for Men’s and Women’s Leagues
3. Additional non-resident member costs:
- Annual driving range fee of $125.00 / year
- Optional costs include:

Additional social and clubhouse member costs include a food and beverage minimum of $75.00/month and the option to use the Practice Facilities for an annual cost of $300.00.
