Panther Creek Country Club recognizes any past member of the Club as eligible to rejoin under this Amnesty Agreement.  In order to qualify for membership reinstatement, the following conditions will apply. 

Any former member who wishes to rejoin the Club or current member that has previously reduced his or her membership class that desires to return to his or her prior membership class may do so under the following guidelines:

The member must have resigned as or currently be a member in good standing.

The member must have resigned from the Club or reduced his or her membership class for a period of at least one year.

The member may return to the Club or return to his or her previous membership class provided there is availability in such class.  Should the member return to a membership class higher than his or her previous class, he or she shall be responsible for paying any difference in initiation fees between what he or she previously paid and the current initiation fee for the membership class he or she elects to join.

Any past or current member can only take advantage of this provision one time and one time only.

Any candidate for amnesty must be approved by the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors.
