A Business Social Membership must designate one owner / employee as the primary member to which all correspondence, monthly statements and other information is sent.
Additionally, the Business Social Membership allows for a minimum of three and a maximum of eight owner / employees to be named as Business Social Members. These Business Social Members will enjoy the use of the pool, tennis, and dining facilities at Panther Creek Country Club.
(Note: A Business Social Membership will only be considered for application if all of the named individuals on the membership are employed under the business’ name.)
A Business Social Member is defined as follows:
- A person over the age of twenty-one (21) years and his/her immediate* family;
- The person whose name appears on the membership application for a Business Social Member; and
- The primary Business Social Member who has been approved for membership by the Board of Governors, after the application process, and has paid all applicable fees, dues, etc.
The Business Social Members shall control the use of the Club by their immediate* family, and they have the right to restrict or relinquish such use altogether. Business Social Members shall not be permitted to transfer the equity portion of a membership (if applicable) without written request and subsequent approval by the Board of Governors.
Note:
* Immediate Family is limited to the member’s spouse, the member’s unmarried children and/or stepchildren under the age of 23 who live at home. Special consideration is also given for children/stepchildren that have returned from service in the Armed Forces of the United States, attend school on a full-time basis or have recently completed their education. Also included are the member’s parent(s) provided that the parent has attained the age of 65 and is a full-time resident of the members home. Finally, the term “immediate family” may include a “significant other” for unmarried members provided that certain criteria are met.
