Regular Golf Memberships can be either Equity or Non-Equity Memberships based upon availability at the time of application.
A Regular Golf Membership entitles the named person on the membership application and his or her immediate* family to use all of the golf, tennis, swimming and social facilities of the Club.
A Regular Golf Member is defined as follows:
- A person over the age of twenty-one (21) years and his/her immediate* family;
- The person whose name appears on the membership application for a Regular Golf Member; and
- The Regular Golf Member who has been approved for membership by the Board of Governors, after the application process, and paid all applicable fees, dues, etc.
The Regular Golf Member shall control the use of the Club by his or her immediate* family, and he or she has the right to restrict or relinquish such use altogether. The Regular Golf Member shall not be permitted to transfer the equity portion of a membership (if applicable) to his or her immediate* family or anyone else.
Note:
* Immediate Family is limited to the member’s spouse, the member’s unmarried children and/or stepchildren under the age of 23 who live at home. Special consideration is also given for children/stepchildren that have returned from service in the Armed Forces of the United States, attend school on a
full-time basis or have recently completed their education. Also included are the member’s parent(s) provided that the parent has attained the age of 65 and is a full-time resident of the members home. Finally, the term “immediate family” may include a “significant other” for unmarried members provided that certain criteria are met.
