  1. Every swimmer must have at least one parent volunteer at each home meet.
  2. When a swimmer signs up for a meet, one parent will automatically be put on the volunteer list for that meet. If neither parent can fulfill that obligation, it is their responsibility to find a replacement and inform the volunteer coordinator.
  3. Volunteers MUST arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the event. Although attempts are made to rotate jobs, parent volunteers are expected to accept their assigned jobs.
  4. Two volunteer time keepers are needed in each active lane per event. One of the timers will record each of the race times for the event. A “runner” will retrieve all lane cards after each event. Timers need to be alert and ready for the start of each event.
  5. Please encourage all swimmers to have fun and be proud to be a member of the Panther Creek Country Club Swim Team!
